We are in Portland, Oregon, USA, so we work on Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Our customer support times are Monday to Friday, 10:00-3:00 PM. Our warehouse is open from 10AM- 3PM PST. Please note that those are not "store hours" as we don't have an official store front, only a warehouse. We can't guarantee that we will have a person in the warehouse during our full business day, so please call first to ensure someone is here.

Keep in mind: We are a small company, we have families and are required to go hiking often, so there will be days when the office is closed.
